The power of his resurrection

The account of the resurrection of Jesus is found in all four gospels (Matthew 28; Mark 16, Luke 24, and John 20). This is a testimony to the vital role it plays in the Christian faith.

Christ became the source of eternal salvation because of the life of obedience he lived and the sacrificial death he died for us (Hebrews 5:8-9).

In the modern world, a Will (the legal declaration of a person's wishes as to the disposition of his or her property or estate after death) normally requires an executor to enforce it. Christ's resurrection from the grave positioned him as our executor (Ephesians 1:20-23).

The same power that raised Christ from the dead is also working on your behalf.

But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. Romans 8:11

Now that is something worth rejoicing about.
