Lord, I thank you for blessing me in Christ Jesus with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. Namely, you have chosen me to be in Christ before the foundation of the world. You have blessed me with power to live in Christ a life that is pleasing to you.

I have redemption through the blood of Jesus Christ, the forgiveness of my wrongs through the riches of your grace. In Christ, I have obtained an inheritance of eternal life. You have filled me with your Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of my everlasting inheritance. In Christ, you have granted me the wisdom and knowledge I require to conduct myself in a manner that is pleasing to you on this earth.

You have opened my eyes to see things as you want me to see them, and act in the right way. I Lord Jesus, because your power works within me to accomplish all you have for me to do in Christ Jesus. The power that raised Jesus from the dead also works in my physical body. What a privilege I have. What health I enjoy.

What wisdom you grant me. All things are under your feet, spiritual and physical powers. I have nothing to fear as I am raised up with you.
